Before you reach out

A few things you
might be wondering.

Starting care comes with questions.
There’s room for those, too.

Ask us about getting started ↗
Do I need to know what kind of support I need?

No. You can start by telling us what has been difficult and what you hope might change. We can discuss whether clinical therapy or grief facilitation and coaching is an appropriate next step.

Where do you provide services?

Our licensed clinicians serve Minnesota and Wisconsin. Please tell us which state you will be in during appointments so we can confirm provider eligibility and available session formats.

Do you accept insurance or private pay?

Ask us about payment options for your preferred provider and service. Insurance participation, benefits, fees, and any out-of-pocket costs should be confirmed before your first appointment.

How is grief coaching different from therapy?

Paul and Joshua provide clinical mental health care. Nichole offers grief facilitation and life coaching, which do not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. We can help you discuss which service matches your needs.

Can I book an appointment online?

You can start an appointment request through this website. Our team will follow up to discuss available times. Submitting a request does not reserve or confirm an appointment.

Can I choose a provider?

Yes. Include your preferred provider in your request. We will confirm availability and whether that provider can offer the service you are seeking.
